That's Wolves relegated then. Hopefully two of Luton/ Sheffield United/ Everton/ Burnley/ Forest/ Bournemouth to take the other two spots.

Most managers dont last long at a club. If they’re really good they move upwards. Until they are shit. If they arent so good yhey get sacked. And then turn up at another lesser club to rejuvenate their reputation.

I wouldn't say he was a casualty. He walked away. When they got him in they hid the fact that they were planning for two seasons balancing the books. He's now found out the depth of their financial mess and doesn't want to manage on a shoe string and fight fires. Fair enough.

I wouldn’t say it was first casualty of the season. Season starts at the first games kick off doesn’t it?

God, our fans are fickle!

Maybe he read all the comments last season that he was past it and too old to be in the team!

This will no doubt put an end to Cresswell's hopes, the ungrateful cunt might sort his head out now and remember he's a highly paid pro.

What Deano said. But DS will still be too busy working out the vibrator settings so he can please his new squeeze.

Not quite understanding that his fortune is more than enough for her.

To be honest, he’d be ideal - and he’d accept it in an instant

Wolves beat Rennes 3-1 a few days ago with a crap squad and decent manager. Remind me how we did against them with a first team again?
Would love him as our manager tbh.

Was planned for some time, mutual and before the season starts. But… still quite funny. Wolves are only slightly worse off than WH with their preparations!
